Doctor in Informatics specializing in Automatic Speech Recognition from Kyoto University, Japan.

Dr. Kak Soky is the holder of Doctor in Informatics specializing in Automatic Speech Recognition from Kyoto University, Japan. His research interests lie in applying machine learning methods for speech and language tasks, including automatic speech recognition, machine translation, and speech translation. 

He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and conducting research.  He has also been a software developer for more than 4 years. He is currently the assistant to the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and a member of the Digital Transformation Unit (DTU).
