Dr. KONG Phutphalla earned his PhD in Computer Engineering from University of Mons, Belgium. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Artificial Intelligence and the Master Program Coordinator at the Institute of Digital Technology (IDT) of the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT). He has 12 years of experience in teaching and conducting research in the field. His research interests focus on Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence.
