Didier GUY started his professional activity as a research scientist in AI for remote sensing and data fusion, then spent most of his career with a major telecommunications operator, with roles in R&D, innovation management, support to startups and spinoffs, innovation marketing, and technological intelligence, in France, China, Taiwan and Eastern Europe. 

In 2018, he joined Expertise France, the French public agency for international cooperation, as an International Expert in technological innovation and digital technologies. After an assignment in China, where he advised the Embassy of France, he joined Cambodia in 2023 as a Senior Advisor on entrepreneurship and digital innovation with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia (MPTC) and the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT), as part of a cooperation program supported by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

He holds and Engineering and Master of Science diploma in Computer Science and Networks from the Institut Mines Télécoms Atlantique, a top 5 French engineering institution (French Grande École), and a Master’s degree in Theoretical Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Montpellier.
